Amendments for SB24-028

After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends that SB24-028 be amended
as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee on Appropriations with
favorable recommendation.
Amend printed bill, page 2, after line 16 insert:
"(c) "UNIVERSITY" MEANS COLORADO STATE UNIVERSITY ESTABLISHED
IN SECTION 23-31-101.".
Page 2, line 17, strike "BOARD SHALL CONDUCT OR CAUSE TO BE CONDUCTED"
and substitute "UNIVERSITY SHALL CONDUCT".
Page 3, line 6, strike "BOARD" and substitute "UNIVERSITY".
